This mission is carried out through the following objectives:

• Undertaking the education and training of professionals, managers and other workers engaged in the provision of infrastructure services

• Undertaking research and development in the science, engineering and management of infrastructure services.

• Providing consultancy services

• Advocating, through public lectures, seminars and publications, sound public policies for the better management of infrastructure services.
