Mr Raphael Salasini

Mr Raphael Salasini is an established consultant in energy and regulation. Among the previous clients of are the Ministry of Energy and Water Development in Zambia, the Government of Malawi and the United Nations Development Organisation, UNIDO. He was the first Executive Chairman of the Energy Regulation Board in Zambia and pioneered its establishment. Mr Salasini holds a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zambia and a Master’s degree in Computing from Imperial College of the University of London.
