What is IIS
The Institute of Infrastructure Services (IIS) aims to be a leading provider of expertise in utility services in Africa, focusing on energy and water. Established in May 2006, the IIS supports regional bodies, governments, regulators and utilities in their efforts to expand utility services and enhance quality. Thus the IIS is committed to community development. The IIS is a Zambian registered non-profit organisation with its offices in Lusaka.
